Job Overview:
As part of our Operations team, you will gain experience and exposure to high-level projects that streamline operations and enhance efficiency. In the role of Customer Delight Intern, you will be responsible for creating a great customer experience, which includes addressing their needs and requests as quickly as possible. You will also exchange information and coordinate with both customers and the Operations Team. We are looking for savvy hustlers to assist us with communication and operational initiatives. As a Customer Delight Intern, you should be thorough, detail-oriented, communicative, and empathetic
Responsibilities:
- Enhance the customer experience by proactively engaging with customers and ensuring prompt responses to their needs related to move-in, escalation, move-out, and Flokq services.
- Handle the Flokq App and WhatsApp professionally to provide information about Flokq services, receive requests and complaints, and gather more details about those complaints.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team and external parties to achieve objectives and deliver information effectively
- Provide daily reminders of services and assist the Operations Team in reminding customers with payments due or overdue.
- Help generate feedback and templates for customers, and regularly request their feedback.
- Keep records of customer complaints, comments, and inquiries.
- Provide regular updates regarding customer complaints and requests to ensure that appropriate actions are taken.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in from any major
- Have effective communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
- Able to show or generate good empathy statements for customer service
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- A desire to work in a faced paced environment
- High capable to work independently as well as a part of team and possess a good teamwork attitude
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Ready to join as soon as possible
Working Days:
- You will be working 5 days in a week: 2 full working days & 3 half working days
- You will have 2 days off
