Kualifikasi :

1. Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi, Administrasi Bisnis, Marketing, atau bidang terkait.

2. Dapat mengaplikasikan word & excel dan terbiasa menggunakan system komputer.

3. Mempunyai pengalaman di bagian customer service online minimal 1 tahun.

4. Memiliki pengalaman pelatihan customer service.

5. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi tertulis dan verbal yang baik.

6. Dapat bekerja sama dalam tim.

7. Rajin, Ramah, Sabar, Mau belajar hal baru, Cekatan, dan Inisiatif.

8. Bersedia ditempatkan di Kota Bandung, dan bekerja shift atau di hari libur jika diperlukan.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Melayani pertanyaan pelanggan melalui chat atau media sosial.

2. Memberikan solusi dan bantuan terhadap keluhan atau masalah pelanggan.

3. Menjaga komunikasi yang baik dengan pelanggan untuk memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.

4. Mencatat dan melaporkan keluhan pelanggan kepada tim terkait.

5. Melakukan follow-up jika dibutuhkan hingga masalah pelanggan terselesaikan.

6. Mengelola dan memproses pesanan dari pelanggan melalui platform online.

7. Menjaga reputasi brand melalui interaksi profesional dengan pelanggan.

8. Memberikan informasi produk dan promosi terbaru kepada pelanggan.
