Kualifikasi:

Minimal SMA/ SMK sederajat
Usia maksimal 27 tahun
Pengalaman dibidang Customer Service minimal 1 tahun
Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik
Lebih disukai memiliki pengalaman menggunakan system SAP/Accurate/Sejenisnya
Memiliki sikap proaktif dan berorientasi pada pelanggan

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

Melakukan entri data pesanan pelanggan ke sistem
Mengatur penjadwalan dan memastikan pengiriman barang sesuai kebutuhan pelanggan
Memperbarui database pelanggan dan laporan penjualan sales
Melakukan komunikasi dengan sopan dan responsif terhadap keluhan pelanggan
Memastikan komunikasi dengan department lain berjalan efektif
