Kualifikasi :
1. Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan
2. Usia maksimal 28 tahun
3. Memiliki skill komunikasi yang baik
4. Familiar dengan social media (terutama Facebook dan Instagram)
5. Memiliki kemampuan untuk belajar dan pengetahuan mengenai customer service
6. Berpengalaman di bidang Agensi Periklanan Digital Marketing lebih disukai
Jobdesk :
1. Bertanggung jawab atas kepuasan klien Facebook Ads dan Instagram Ads
2. Memberikan informasi promo Facebook Ads dan Instagram Ads kepada klien
3. Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan klien
4. Menyelesaikan komplain, saran dan kritik dari klien
5. Mengumpulkan testimoni dari klien
