Job description for Customer Service (Night Shift) at PT Nova Indonesia

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, e-commerce, social media and call as fast, friendly and clear
  • Process and track orders/pre-orders
  • Follow-up emails and provide updates
  • Handle claims, refunds and complaints
  • Monitor product listing and pricing accuracy on the platform
  • Update, maintain and reporting orders/sales records

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Fluent in English (a must)
  • Excellent communication (a must)
  • D3 – S1 from any discipline
  • Experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus
  • Organized, detail, multitask
  • Able to work night shifts (rolling)
