Job description for Customer Service (Night Shift) at PT Nova Indonesia
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, e-commerce, social media and call as fast, friendly and clear
- Process and track orders/pre-orders
- Follow-up emails and provide updates
- Handle claims, refunds and complaints
- Monitor product listing and pricing accuracy on the platform
- Update, maintain and reporting orders/sales records
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Fluent in English (a must)
- Excellent communication (a must)
- D3 – S1 from any discipline
- Experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus
- Organized, detail, multitask
- Able to work night shifts (rolling)
