We are looking for a highly organized and culturally fluent Customer Relation Associate to deliver exceptional service & ensuring a high-end experience that reflects our brand's prestige
Key Responsibilities:
- Premium Customer Support: As primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking customers & providing expert guidance on our coffee.
- Order Administration: Manage end-to-end order processing & ensure accurate data. Coordinating with teams to ensure stock availability & smooth deliveries.
Requirements:
- Language : Minimum qualification of HSK (3.0) Level 5 in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, or sales support, in premium retail, FMCG, or hospitality.
- Cultural Expertise: A strong understanding of Chinese consumer habits.
- Positive Mindset: A proactive, self-starter & positive can-do attitude
- Agility : Flexible hours & work location
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Ms. Office & fast learner for management software.
