Job description for Customer Service Manager at Howel And Co
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the Customer Service team (SPV, Leader, Agent).
- Ensure the Customer Service Team achieve the required KPI (FTR, FCR, Number of Issues, CSAT, SLA, etc).
- As a problem solver for critical queries and complaints.
- Developing feedback or complaint procedures for customers to use.
- Supervising and evaluating customer service staff activities, as well as providing regular performance feedback.
- Provide objective feedback related to team development and training needs.
- Provide assistance and coaching on issues as necessary.
- Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards for your department and explaining these to the team.
Requirements
- Min Bachelor Degree in related fields.
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a customer service manager.
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership & team management skills.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Accountability and open minded.
- Has experience working in e-commerce will be better.
