Job description for Customer Service Lead at Juragan Aqiqah

Tanggungjawab

1. Melakukan monitoring operasional harian tim (Mengawasi workload, pengawasan shift, dan response time).

2. Menangani komplain pelanggan secara cepat dan solutif.

3. Melakukan audit chat secara berkala untuk memastikan kualitas pelayanan, SOP, dan ketepatan informasi.

4. Memberikan coaching dan training untuk meningkatkan performa CS.

5. Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional untuk kelancaran proses order.

6. Menyusun laporan secara rutin, termasuk performa tim, kendala, dan insight pelanggan.

Kualifikasi

1. Minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.

2. Pengalaman min. 3 tahun di Customer Service.

3. Komunikatif, persuasif, dan target-oriented.

4. Berpengalaman di F&B/catering (nilai plus).

5. Mampu mengatur shift dan mengelola tim.
