Job description for CUSTOMER SERVICE/JEWELRY REPRESENTATIVE OFFLINE [SOUTH JAKARTA] at Spilla Jewelry

JOB DESCRIPTION :
  1. Educate customers about jewellery products at Spilla Jewelry (South Jakarta)
  2. Actively serve customers offline while providing upselling.
  3. Inputting orders and daily reports.
  4. Handling customer complaints.

REQUIREMENTS :
  1. Willing to be placement in Blok M Plaza.
  2. Female, maximum 27 years old.
  3. Minimum bachelor's degree from all majors (Communication Science / Marketing Management / Hospitality majors are preferred)
  4. Have knowledge and interest in hospitality and sales.
  5. Have good communication skills.
  6. Have the ability to handle complaints
  7. Cheerful, friendly and polite.
