Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused Implementation / Customer Success professional to partner closely with clients and guide them through the successful rollout and adoption of a modern SaaS platform. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end implementations, aligning solutions to business objectives, and ensuring customers realize long-term value from the products they have purchased.
What You Will Do
- Partner one-on-one with customers to design and execute tailored implementation plans across HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, IT systems, and other related modules, aligned to each client’s business goals
- Own the end-to-end implementation process, proactively managing timelines, milestones, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and successful outcomes
- Consult with customers to define success criteria, operational goals, and target timelines, ensuring implementations meet real-world business needs
- Drive product adoption by providing best practices, hands-on guidance, and insights that enable customers to fully leverage the platform’s capabilities
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Technical teams, and Support to ensure seamless handovers and long-term customer success
- Act as a voice of the customer by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams, sharing insights, identifying recurring challenges, and advocating for product improvements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal implementation processes and best practices by incorporating customer feedback and learnings
What You Will Need
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Implementation, Customer Success, or Customer Experience within a fast-growing SaaS environment
- Strong English communication skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
