Customer Service Intern akan membantu tim Customer Service dalam membalas pesan customer melalui live chat marketplace, memproses pesanan, dan melakukan pendataan.

Kualifikasi:

Fresh graduate dari D3/D4/S1.
Familiar dengan bidang Customer Service/Call Center, terutama proses live chat marketplace.
Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Excel.
Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris pasif.
Siap bekerja dengan sistem shifting.
Bersedia menjalani internship selama minimal 3 bulan.
Penempatan: Pejaten Barat, Jakarta Selatan.
