Customer Service Intern akan membantu tim Customer Service dalam membalas pesan customer melalui live chat marketplace, memproses pesanan, dan melakukan pendataan.

Kualifikasi:

  • Fresh graduate dari D3/D4/S1.
  • Familiar dengan bidang Customer Service/Call Center, terutama proses live chat marketplace.
  • Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Excel.
  • Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris pasif.
  • Siap bekerja dengan sistem shifting.
  • Bersedia menjalani internship selama minimal 3 bulan.
  • Penempatan: Pejaten Barat, Jakarta Selatan.
