Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major and preferably have experience in e-commerce customer service.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area), WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.
- Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
- Excellent communication skills (persuasive).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiar with shopping platform processes and return/refund & disputes flow.
- Strong adaptability, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
- Skilled in persuasion and negotiation to support sales.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of electronic products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Replying chat and review product from customers
- Handle negative reviews of the store
- Need to make live broadcast for store
- Shop after-sales order processing
- TikTok platform link appeal
- Handle inquiries and quotations for offline customers (WhatsApp, phone, etc.).
- Coordinate pricing, product suggestions, and availability with the internal team.
- Create and process Offline Order Applications by system.
- Follow up on payments, complete document, and shipping coordination.
