Requirements:
Minimum education: Diploma (D3)
Fluent in German (spoken)
Good written communication skills in German
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willing to work in a 24/7 shifting schedule (including public holidays)
Able to join immediately on 25 May 2026
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries in German
Provide professional support and solutions to customers
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow up and document customer interactions properly
