Job Description:
• Handling walk-in customers, incoming phone calls, appointments and messages
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Mastering company's products and programs knowledge.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Summarizing and making overall reports
• Ensuring the best hospitality to the customers
• Willing to be placed at Gading Serpong, Tangerang
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma Degree (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Proficient in social media (Instagram & tiktok) and digital marketing (ADS)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferably have experience as Customer Service min. 1 year
• Proficient in using Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power point) dan Google (Docs, Sheet, Slide)
• Able to converse in English is an advantage
• Well-behaved, friendly and honest personality
• Good appearance
