Job description for Customer Service Export Import at PT Forecastle Indonesia

Job Description – Staff Export Import (Freight Forwarding)

Membuat dan submit dokumen PIB & PEB melalui CIESA 4.0 hingga mendapatkan respon (SPPB/NPE).
Monitoring status dokumen di Portal Pengguna Jasa dan SLIM Bea Cukai.
Memastikan kelengkapan dokumen ekspor & impor serta menindaklanjuti respon (SPJM, NPD, SPTNP).
Koordinasi dengan shipping line, co-loader, dan vendor trucking (termasuk booking & pengambilan DO).
Monitoring ETA kapal dan proses delivery cargo ke customer.
Menangani kebutuhan operasional lapangan (pelabuhan/bandara) jika diperlukan.

Kualifikasi

Minimal pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai Staff PPJK / Export Import / Forwarding.
Memahami proses kepabeanan (PIB, PEB, HS Code, INSW/INA Trade).
Terbiasa menggunakan CIESA 4.0, SLIM, dan Portal Pengguna Jasa.
Teliti, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline.
