Job description for Customer Service Export Import Documentation Staff at PT DINAMIKA EXPRESSINDO
We are currently seeking a CS Doc Staff to grow together with us at our Jakarta Branch Office.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit Shipping Instruction (SI) and VGM to shipping lines
- Handle export-import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.)
- Input HBL data and upload manifest to CEISA
- Prepare and send pre-alert and final shipment documents to customers/agents
- Process PO, DO, SO, and billing invoices in the system
- Monitor shipment status and container movements
- Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, and internal teams
- Maintain and organize operational documents and reports
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (Logistics or related field preferred)
- 1–2 years experience in freight forwarding or export-import documentation
- Familiar with CEISA and customs documents is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and administrative systems (Accurate/ERP)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills and good teamwork
- Efficiency in completing tasks
