Customer Service Executive - Full Time
We're looking for a meticulous and independent individual to join our team.
You will be in charge of attending to customer's emails
- Reply to all online enquiries and is responsible for efficient, prompt and thoughtful response to customers.
- Handle and resolve customers' complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Process exchanges, returns and issue credits
- Uphold efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle and process customer's exchanges and returns efficiently.
- Processing of online orders
- Provide support to any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
