- Managing the community platform - Answering queries, gather suggestions & feedbacks and related tasks
- Maintaining good customer relationship by leading online content generation and community management on various social media platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, etc.
- Monitoring effectiveness of online content and adjust strategies whenever necessary.
- Leading new initiatives and related tasks as assigned by management
- Effectively bilingual in Mandarin Chinese & English in order to communicate with customers
- Strong logical thinking, problem solving skills and good data analytical skills
- Proven project & crisis management skills
- Diploma / Degree in Business or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related working/internship experience duties
- Experience with E-commerce is a plus
- Fluency in English & Mandarin Chinese
- Immediate availability is preferred
