Membantu konfirmasi pesanan sebelum pengiriman baik melalui telepon, chat pada marketplace maupun melewati whatsapp.

Kualifikasi :

Punya rasa percaya diri saat menghubungi customer
Pandai dalam menyusun kata yang baik dan mudah dimengerti oleh customer
Mampu belajar cepat
Mampu bekerja dalam tim
Menguasai Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, vlookup dan sumif) merupakan nilai tambah
