E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Morning Shift: Work From Office (WFO)
Afternoon Shift: Work From Home (WFH)
We are looking for an E-Commerce Customer Service to join our team and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience across our e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through e-commerce marketplace chat platforms.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
- Monitor and follow up on customer orders, shipping issues, returns, refunds, and complaints.
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse/admin team regarding order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and other customer-related issues.
- Follow up on unresolved customer cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain good customer service standards and contribute to positive store ratings and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare basic reports or records related to customer inquiries and complaints when required.
Requirements:
1. Minimum high school diploma/equivalent.
2. Previous experience in Customer Service, E-Commerce, Marketplace, or After-Sales Service is preferred.
3. Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, or Tokopedia.
4. Strong communication and customer service skills.
5. Able to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
6. Responsive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
7. Good coordination and teamwork skills.
8. Willing to work on a shifting system and hybrid arrangement (morning shift WFO, afternoon shift WFH).
