Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Menanggapi pertanyaan pelanggan melalui chat, email, dan telepon dengan ramah dan profesional.
- Membantu pelanggan dalam proses pembelian, pengembalian barang, dan penanganan keluhan.
- Memastikan kepuasan pelanggan dengan memberikan solusi yang tepat dan cepat.
- Melakukan follow-up terhadap keluhan atau pertanyaan pelanggan.
- Bekerja sama dengan tim lain untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pelanggan.
- Memantau ulasan pelanggan dan memberikan masukan untuk perbaikan layanan.
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK atau sederajat.
- Pengalaman sebagai Customer Service di e-commerce lebih disukai.
- Komunikatif, sabar, dan memiliki keterampilan interpersonal yang baik.
- Mampu mengetik dengan cepat dan memiliki pemahaman dasar tentang e-commerce.
- Terbiasa menggunakan aplikasi chat, email, dan media sosial.
- Mampu bekerja dalam tim maupun secara individu.
- Bersedia bekerja dalam shift.
- Bisa bergabung di Akhir Maret

With the completion of a modern and high-tech Factory in 2018, Azarine production moved to the newly constructed building with International Standards and Engineered with integrated systems and automation.
The factory is equipped with modern machineries and utlized by highly competent human resources to ensure that Azarine products are safe and has good quality assurance for you to use.
