Job description for Customer Service E-commerce (Freelance) at Felaufeẽ

This is a full-time WFO role based in Sunter, Jakarta. As our Customer Service, you will be the frontline of our brand, ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional support across our e-commerce and social media channels while helping deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Job Descriptions

Respond to customer inquiries via Shopee, TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook and other channels
Update e-commerce assets, including banners, promotions, update product listings across marketplace platforms.
Resolve customer issues professionally and coordinate with internal teams when needed
Support weekend shifts and major campaign periods
Assist the Social Media team by appearing as on-screen talent in promotional content
Support the Social Media team in creating spontaneous and trend-driven video content

Requirements

1+ years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in e-commerce
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Familiar with Shopee, TikTok Shop, or other marketplace platforms
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Interest in the beauty industry is a plus
