Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and professional responses.
- Assist patients in scheduling appointments and providing information about dental treatments.
- Manage patient records and ensure smooth communication between customers and the dental team.
- Address and resolve customer concerns with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.
- Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams (dentists, clinic staff, and finance) to improve service efficiency.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and uphold the company’s brand reputation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- A patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of dental services and terminology is a plus.
- Able and willing to work under a shift-based system.
