SERVICE CENTER INTERN

Kualifikasi / Spesifikasi:

* Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di Customer Service, Telemarketing, Hospitality, Call Center, atau bidang terkait.

* Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman sebagai Customer Service, Telemarketing Telkomsel, Bank/Asuransi, atau posisi yang berhubungan dengan customer.

* Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan percaya diri berinteraksi dengan customer.

* Mampu menangani customer complaint, termasuk customer yang marah atau sulit.

* Aktif, dinamis, mudah diajak berkomunikasi dan mampu melakukan koordinasi.

* Mampu bekerja secara multitasking dan dalam kondisi yang dinamis.

* Mampu menggunakan WhatsApp dan telepon untuk berkomunikasi dengan customer.

Job Description:

* Menangani pertanyaan, kebutuhan, dan keluhan customer melalui telepon maupun WhatsApp.

* Memberikan informasi dan solusi atas kebutuhan atau permasalahan customer.

* Melakukan follow-up dan koordinasi dengan tim terkait mengenai customer issue.

* Menangani customer complaint secara profesional dan solutif.

* Membantu proses after-sales service dan memastikan kebutuhan customer ditindaklanjuti.

* Melakukan administrasi dan pencatatan terkait customer request/complaint.

* Mendukung pekerjaan operasional Service Center sesuai kebutuhan tim.
