Job Desc :
- Handle user inquiries and complaints through official channels in a timely and professional manner
- Review host evaluations and ensure compliance with established standards
- Report bugs or issues based on user feedback
- Improve problem-solving processes to enhance efficiency
- Understand platform features, rules, policies, and ongoing events
- Support application and event testing when required
- Assist in verifying the accuracy of content translations
Ketentuan Waktu Kerja :
- 5 hari kerja/minggu
- 8 hari off/bulan
Ketentuan hari kerja dapat berubah dan mengikuti kebutuhan operasional Perusahaan.
