Kualifikasi:
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in air freight customer service within a freight forwarding or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of airline schedules, AWB processes, customs procedures, and freight documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Handle customer inquiries related to air freight shipments, rates, schedules, and service updates.
- Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure timely booking, documentation, and cargo movement.
- Prepare and manage air freight documents such as AWB, invoices, and packing lists.
- Monitor shipments, provide regular status updates, and proactively prevent delays.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with air freight regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain good client relationships through reliable customer service.
- Input data accurately and prepare basic reports as required.
