  • Bachelor degree min D3/S1 from any major
  • Have an experience as a Customer Service agent in E-Commerce (Freshgraduates are welcome to apply)
  • Proven experience in managing and engaging with an online community.
  • Strong analytical ability and proven problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills in
  • Exceptional typing skills with strict attention to accuracy (zero typos)
