Customer Satisfaction: Deliver friendly, empathetic, and efficient customer service.
Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and follow up when needed.
Customer Education: Educate customers on products, promotions, usage, and self-service options.
Feedback Collection: Collect and report customer feedback to support service and product improvements.

Proficient in English and Japanese (Min. N3) both written and verbal with proven language proficiency (certification, test results, or professional experience preferred)
Prior experience in customer service for 1-2 years (specifically live chat)
Able to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Minimum of a bachelor degree
Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues and find effective solutions.
