Job description for Customer Service After-Sales Zapplerepair (Non-remote/WFO) at Zapplerepair Semarang
- Wanita, usia maksimal 35 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 segala jurusan
- Bersedia bekerja secara WFO/di kantor Genuk
- Mampu berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris dengan baik (secara written/penulisan dan spoken/berbicara)
- Berpengalaman melayani customer atau menjadi customer service selama min. 3 bulan atau menjadi SPV Customer Service minimal 1 tahun
- Paham mengenai basic IT dan hardware komputer
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dan aplikasi dengan lancar
- Berani public speaking dan menjadi problem solving
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri, fokus, dan bertanggung jawab
- Memiliki semangat kerja yang tinggi dan tidak mudah menyerah
- Membuat SOP untuk mental dan cara kerja para staff
- memantau Excelcom dan Serviceform Jakarta Utara dan Selatan
- Setelah tiga bulan WFO, bisa WFH
