Are you passionate about helping customers and creating a great customer experience? Join Mama First and be part of a team dedicated to supporting mothers and families throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, empathetic, and responsive support across all customer touchpoints.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and service providers to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Support after-sales activities, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and service follow-ups.
  • Maintain service quality standards to promote customer satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals.
  • Build positive relationships with customers throughout their journey with Mama First.
  • Represent Mama First’s values, brand voice, and service standards consistently in all interactions.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to support service and operational improvements.
  • Support events, webinars, live sessions, and community engagement activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Telemarketing, Sales Admin, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented, empathetic, and proactive.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in maternal, child, or healthcare services is a plus.
