Responsibilities
- Provide professional, empathetic, and responsive support across all customer touchpoints.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and service providers to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Support after-sales activities, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and service follow-ups.
- Maintain service quality standards to promote customer satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals.
- Build positive relationships with customers throughout their journey with Mama First.
- Represent Mama First’s values, brand voice, and service standards consistently in all interactions.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to support service and operational improvements.
- Support events, webinars, live sessions, and community engagement activities as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Telemarketing, Sales Admin, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented, empathetic, and proactive.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in maternal, child, or healthcare services is a plus.
