Job description for Customer Sales Support 行销客服 at OTT InfoTech

This Chinese Speaking position is in United Arab Emirates, Dubai. Successful candidates will be provided with relocation and immigration assistance, including covid19 related fees (if any)

  • 認真傾聽客戶的需求和疑慮;同時與客戶建立融洽關係
  • 使用商定的程式以禮貌、友好和專業的方式迎接客戶
  • 深入瞭解我們的標準操作程式 (SOP),以確保最標準和最準確的支援形式
  • 接待來自香港、臺灣、中國等國家的客戶詢問
  • 處理投訴並提供説明解決問題且確保客戶滿意
  • 提供有關最新促銷和優惠的資訊
  • 引導顧客玩新遊戲
  • 提供卓越的客戶服務


職位需要:
  • 有客戶服務經驗或無經驗(提供培訓)
  • 良好的華語書面和口語能力
  • 18 - 30 歲
  • 男女不拘
  • 有興趣,樂於學習,良好的溝通能力,自律,有責任心


Role & Responsibilities:
• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)
• Clarify customer requirements
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns
• Maintain a deep understanding of our standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support


Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM or any equivalent
• Experience in customer service skills
• Required languages: Basic English (C Grade) and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Able to speak, read & write in Mandarin (ability in dealing with Mandarin speaking clients)
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
