Job description for Customer Sales Representative at Daddy superclean

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

  • Melayani pelanggan melalui chat & telepon
  • Follow up prospek dan pelanggan lama
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim lapangan
  • Menanggapi keluhan pelanggan dan memberikan solusi sesuai SOP
  • Memberikan respon aktif, tidak pasif seperti chatbot
  • Menginput data penjualan & pengeluaran
  • Membuat dan mengirimkan penawaran kepada pelanggan
  • Membuat laporan harian & mingguan

Handle order melalui:

  • WhatsApp CRM Qontak
  • DM Instagram
  • HP Kantor

Layanan yang Ditangani

  • Hydro Cleaning
  • Wet Service
  • General Cleaning Regular

Kualifikasi

  • Wanita
  • Usia maksimal 45 tahun
  • Komunikatif & responsif (Memiliki sikap ramah, jujur, teliti, cekatan, dan customer-oriented)
  • Terbiasa menggunakan WhatsApp & Instagram
  • Bisa bekerja dalam tim
  • Mampu belajar cepat
  • Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman CS / sales / admin
  • Siap bekerja dengan target

Benefit

  • Gaji Pokok (Junior) Rp 2.000.000
  • Uang transport Rp 20.000 / hari (6 hari kerja 08 - 17)
  • Komisi penjualan 1% dari omzet pribadi
  • Insentif kerajinan Rp 200.000
  • Jenjang karir menjadi CS Senior
  • Target & Bonus
  • Target minimal omzet: Rp 35 juta (setelah probation)
  • Bonus tambahan jika omzet tembus target tertentu

Masa Probation

  • 3 bulan masa evaluasi & training
