Job description for Customer Relationships Management Manager at Titipku
- Handle Transaction Processing System and Handle Complain.
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

- A bachelor degree in Management, Communication, Business, IT or a related field.
- Experienced in this field at least 2 year
- Familiar with Ecommerce, Internet & Digital Industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a strong problem-solving skills
- Have a passion to handling customer
- Proficient in Microsoft office skills and Internet skills
- Able to read and generate information from sales data
- Able to work on weekend (remotely)
- Have a strong initiative and analysis skills
- Able to work under pressure and fast pace
- Have a good teamwork and leadership skills.
