Job Description:
1. Maintain good relationship with customers
2. Handle complaints and provide solutions related to customer problems
3. Make daily reports related to the work done
4. Answering questions from potential customers and/or customers
Requirements:
1. Fresh graduate from all majors
2. Have good English skills, and fluent in Indonesian
3. Good team work skills
4. Can convey about the product to customers
5. Fast response
6. Able to handle complaints and can provide solutions
7. Knowledge in crypto and blockchain is a plus
