Job Description:

Mengelola database customer dan segmentasi berdasarkan perilaku, kebutuhan, dan siklus penggunaan

produk feminine care

Menyusun & menjalankan strategi CRM (broadcast WhatsApp, email, campaign retention, reminder cycle, dll)
Membuat komunikasi yang empatik, edukatif, dan tidak menghakimi terkait isu kewanitaan
Mengelola campaign repeat order, loyalty program, dan reactivation customer
Bekerja sama dengan tim untuk mengolah insight dari keluhan, testimoni, dan feedback customer
Menganalisis performa CRM (open rate, response rate, repeat order, churn)
Mengoptimalkan journey customer dari first purchase hingga loyal customer
Menjaga kerahasiaan dan privasi data customer

Requirements:

Pengalaman minimal 6 bulan di bidang CRM, Customer Engagement, atau Retention
Terbiasa mengelola CRM tools / WhatsApp CRM / spreadsheet database
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi tertulis yang baik, sopan, dan empatik
Sensitif dan aware terhadap isu feminine care / kesehatan kewanitaan
Mampu mengolah data dan menarik insight dari perilaku customer
Detail-oriented, rapi, dan bertanggung jawab terhadap data
Mampu bekerja secara kolaboratif dengan tim

- PD didepan kamera or ngobrol depan orang

- Bersedia bekerja fulltime WFO di Sleman, Yogyakarta (sistem shifting, pagi - sore & siang - malam)
