Job Description :

  • Bertanggung jawab dalam mengumpulkan dan mengelola testimoni dari customer, sebagai bagian dari strategi kepuasan pelanggan dan bahan promosi.
  • Menerima dan mencatat aduan customer secara detail dalam sistem yang digunakan oleh perusahaan, termasuk informasi pelanggan, masalah yang dihadapi, dan waktu penerimaan aduan.
  • Menyediakan solusi konkret kepada customer sesuai dengan kebijakan perusahaan, termasuk kompensasi jika diperlukan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan manajemen untuk mencegah masalah serupa terjadi di masa depan, serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan jika diperlukan.
  • Melakukan panggilan dingin (cold calls) untuk menghubungi customer dan mendapatkan wawasan terkait kepuasan customer, potensi kebutuhan produk baru, dan peluang bisnis lainnya.
  • Menyusun laporan bulanan yang merangkum jumlah aduan yang diterima, jenis aduan, tindakan yang telah diambil, dan tingkat kepuasan customer setelah penyelesaian.
