Job description for Customer Relations Intern at PT. Medika Nusantara Gumilang

Ketentuan Dasar yang Harus dipahami oleh PENDAFTAR LAMARAN
1. Intern ini bersifat voluntary (SUKARELA) dengan benefit mendapatkan sertifikat selesai magang, data-data kebutuhan penelitian (sesuai perjanjian dengan perusahaan), penilaian untuk kebutuhan Kerja Praktek (KP) setelah program magang dilakukan dan berakhir dengan baik.
2. Pekerjaan ini merupakan bagian dari Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat oleh PT MEDIKA NUSANTARA GUMILANG dan dibuka untuk seluruh mahasiswa dari manapun berada dan pekerjaan yang dilakukan ONLINE (WFH) dengan kemampuan harus dapat berbahasa Indonesia dengan baik.

Requirements:
1. Preferably Communication / Marketing / Public Relation / International Relation Major
2. Student / fresh gradu are welcome
3. Have internet network access, personal laptop and personal smartphone
4. Willing to commit to doing this internship voluntarily for 3-6 months
5. Unpaid Internship
6. Remote internship (full wfh)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high level customer service and maintain strong customer relations
  • Follow-up customer experience and manage existing customers to ensure long-term engagement
  • Understand client requirements & objectives and provide feasible solutions
  • Work closely with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team
  • Keep track of the CRM performance and identify points of improvements

What we are looking for:
1. Strong customer service and communication skills
2. Highly motivated individual and proactive with a positive attitude
3. Detail oriented, analytical, and highly organized
4. Excellent problem solving skills
5. Have a passion for digital marketing is a plus
6. Good communication in Bahasa (verbal and written) are preferred. English would be an advantage
