Job Descriptions
- Tracking customer experiences melalui online maupun offline, media yang ada, dan touchpoint-nya
- Berkolaborasi dengan IT Developer untuk production, marketing, dan sales tim untuk meningkatkan pelayanan customer services dan brand awareness
- Mengembangkan strategi dan program-program yang berhubungan dengan Customer Care
- Melakukan penyusunan panduan umum pelayanan yang mencakup standar dan waktu pelayanan yang baik bagi karyawan atau customer, dan modul training yang berhubungan dengan Customer Care.
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan Customer Care untuk menjalankan seluruh Program Customer Care secara nasional
- Membuat campaign teaser layanan bagi customer internal dan eksternal
Job Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Ilmu Komunikasi atau setara
- Memiliki basic skills microsoft office (word, excel, power point)
- Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang proses bisnis mobil bekas

In the same year, AUTOPEDIA launched CARTALOG (www.cartalog.id). CARTALOG provides vehicle pricing information gathered from a network of car dealers, auctions, end users, insurance, and leasing companies. To perform an accurate price range analysis, the data is processed using AI.
