Job description for Customer Relation at Synergy Pro Business Consulting
Synergy Pro Business & Legal Consultant is looking for a Customer Relations Officer to join our team in Bali.
We are looking for someone who is confident, communicative, responsive, and able to build good relationships with clients. This role will be responsible for handling client inquiries, understanding their needs, explaining Synergy Pro’s services, and coordinating with the relevant team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and provide professional assistance.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable Synergy Pro services.
- Explain our services, procedures, and requirements clearly to clients.
- Maintain good and professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding ongoing services, documents, payments, and other requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are handled properly and on time.
- Monitor client progress and provide updates when needed.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, agreements, and other client-related documents.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional Synergy Pro services when relevant.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience in Customer Service, Client Relations, Sales, Account Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and solution-oriented.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
- Organized, proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable communicating with both local and international clients.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
