As a Customer Service Representative and Customer Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and social media. You will receive and handle customer complaints, provide information about products or services, and ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions. These tasks require strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
We are looking for female candidates who have at least a high school or vocational high school diploma and have 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field, such as a call center, help desk, or customer service. Candidates must possess skills in problem-solving, teamwork, and customer relationship management. Strong communication skills, a basic understanding of Microsoft Office, and proficiency in making outbound calls are highly preferred.
