We are Internet Service Provider company locate in KARAWANG, seeking an innovative Customer Relations Supervisor to ensure customer needs can be met and increase sales of existing customers. In this role, you will be :
1. Responsible for the performance of the Customer Relation Team.
2. Coordinate implementation of the customer relation strategy to achieve target's.
3. Manage company & customer communication, develop and maintaining profitable relationship with customers.
4. Ensure application of customer relations procedures, rules and standard are fully implemented.
5. Analyze & create suggestions for improvement of customer relations procedures & standard.
6. Coordinate customer relations & marketing survey (e.g customer satisfaction, etc) that needed to made marketing strategy and to know company market position.
7. Ensure complaints and request from customers or prospective customer followed up by relevant department.
8. Prepare and analyze monthly report on customer complaints and give suggestions to reduce complaints.
9. ensuring RTFM (Real Time Floor Management) runs well.
10. Give training or refresher training related to customer relations to the team or employee related to customer.
11. Ensure customer relation team's communicate latest product info or promotions to the customers.

2. Minimum 3 years experience in the same position
4. Good communication skills.
5. Have strong analytical skills.
6. Able to handle conflict and solving problem.
