Jobdesc:
- Provide direct customer service in accordance with company standards, including greeting customers, delivering information, and handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, accurate, and appropriate solutions within the assigned authority.
- Communicate product information, promotions, and company policies clearly and accurately, ensuring customers fully understand the details.
- Conduct product sales based on customer needs and achieve the monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Continuously update personal knowledge regarding products, services, and new company policies to support optimal performance.
- Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary and prepare regular reports on daily activities and operational challenges.
