Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the overall management of student learning at the school, including course planning, schedule coordination, and progress tracking
• Communicate with overseas students' parents in English, providing regular feedback and answering inquiries to maintain trust between home and school
• Monitor students' performance and learning outcomes in class, help resolve learning issues, and organize offline interactive activities to enhance student engagement.
• Monitor student and teacher attendance, provide feedback on teaching quality, and help optimize the teaching service process
• Identify students' needs for course extensions and expansions, promote middle-school conversions, and maintain long-term relationships with students
Job Requirements:
• Basic English communication skills and the ability to communicate with the China headquarters in English
• Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience as a homeroom teacher or in learning management within the education industry
• A strong sense of responsibility, empathy, excellent cross-cultural communication skills, and a strong service-oriented mindset
