Kualifikasi:

Pria/Wanita, usia 18–30 tahun
Berpengalaman sebagai CS Marketplace / Admin Online (lebih disukai)
Komunikatif, ramah, dan memiliki kemampuan problem solving
Fast response dan mampu multitasking
Familiar dengan marketplace (Shopee, TikTok Shop, dll)
Memiliki ketertarikan di bidang beauty menjadi nilai plus
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift

Tanggung Jawab:
Menangani chat pelanggan di marketplace (Shopee, TikTok Shop, dll) secara cepat dan profesional
Memberikan informasi produk (skincare/makeup) dengan jelas dan persuasif
Menangani komplain dan kendala pelanggan dengan solusi yang tepat dan cepat
Melakukan follow up pesanan dan memastikan customer mendapatkan pengalaman terbaik
Menjaga rating, performa, dan kepuasan pelanggan di marketplace
Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (admin/warehouse) terkait pesanan
