PT Sumber Daya Alamindo (Dayagreen) - We are an official EV Charging Station Provider in Indonesia, looking for Customer Relation Officer to support our business.
Job Description:
Serve customers quickly and friendly
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Doing end to end administration process
Qualifications:
Female max 30 years old
Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Hospitality, Communication, or a related field is an advantage
At least 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or front-facing role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or mall management
Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and cultural sensitivity
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse clientele
