Join us as a Customer Relations Officer, where you will ensure seamless order execution and transparent communication, managing the complete client lifecycle for our background check services.
How You Will Work:
You will handle all client interactions through our digital communication platforms (including email and instant messaging) and phone, ensuring a professional, polite, and real-time response service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client orders. This includes accepting new orders, distributing them to the operations team, confirming receipt, and delivering final reports.
- Proactively manage all client inquiries regarding order status, report updates, and service details. Provide clear, timely, and accurate information.
- Address and resolve client concerns efficiently. Identify and escalate complex issues or formal complaints to the Account Manager to ensure swift resolution.
- Relay crucial report updates and progress from the operations team to clients, ensuring transparency throughout the verification process.
- Accurately recap and document all monthly orders. Maintain impeccable client records, communication logs, and related documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, client relations, or a client-facing support role.
- Proven proficiency with business communication tools (email, phone systems, instant messaging), Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with full professional fluency in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal) required for daily client and team interaction.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and coordinate across internal teams with a high sense of urgency and accuracy.
- Client-oriented with a professional, discreet, and ethical attitude, befitting a trust-based service environment.
Preferred Qualifications / Strong Advantages:
- Experience in a research-based, professional services, risk management, or B2B environment is a significant plus.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail crucial for managing sensitive case information, are preferred.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills for managing multiple client portfolios and maintaining meticulous records are a strong advantage.
