We Are Hiring: Customer Relation Officer
MASSHIRO&Co. is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver the best service experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly to all customer inquiries and complaints across various platforms such as WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, etc., in accordance with established SOPs.
2. Assist customers through the end-to-end purchasing process via WhatsApp, from checking stock and verifying payments to coordinating with the store team.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and conduct exclusive direct selling to VIP Customers by sharing the latest product catalogs.
4. Handle customer complaints, defective product returns, and refund processes, as well as actively follow up on pending payments and expiring gift cards.
5. Manage the administration and workflow of product sample loans with external parties, coordinating directly with the Product Development and GA teams.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1)
2. Possess effective communication skills, a friendly and persuasive demeanor, and high empathy when serving customers.
3. Honest, agile, solution-oriented, and meticulous in handling administration and complaints.
4. Proficiency in using the Tada application is a strong plus.
5. Willing to be placed in Jakarta (having an interest in the retail or fashion industry is an added advantage).
