We are looking for a proactive, service oriented, and willing-to-learn individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Officer. This role requires someone who is service-driven and sales-oriented, with strong communication skills to build positive relationships with customers and support the company's sales activities.

Qualifications:

Minimum education Diploma (D3) in any major

Attractive appearance and well-groomed

Strong communication skills

Sales-oriented mindset

Possess sales skills and customer-oriented mindset

Able to provide excellent customer service

Basic English proficiency

Target-oriented and motivated

Able to work independently as well as in a team

Willing to learn and develop professionally

Friendly, proactive, and responsible personality

illing to be placed or relocated to any company branch if needed

Job Responsibilities:

Provide information and excellent service to customers regarding the company’s products and services

Build and maintain good relationships with customers

Offer and promote products/services to customers

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Achieve sales targets set by the company

Prepare reports related to sales and customer service activities
