Job description for Customer Relation Officer EF Puri Indah at EF English First Jakarta ( Swara Group )
Job Description :
- Menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan guru, siswa, dan orang tua siswa.
- Melakukan komunikasi dengan guru kelas untuk membahas perkembangan siswa.
- Menginformasikan dan mengkomunikasikan mengenai semua hal yang berhubungan dengan siswa ke orang tua (kehadiran siswa, hari libur center, pergantian / perubahan jadwal, dll).
- Menginformasikan dan mengingatkan orang tua siswa untuk melakukan pembayaran level berikutnya.
- Mencapai target bulanan yang sudah ditentukan oleh Perusahaan.
Kualifikasi:
- Menyukai anak-anak dan peduli terhadap perkembangan mereka.
- Minimal lulusan D3
- Minimal memiliki 1 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang yang sama
- Berpenampilan rapi, dan sopan.
- Fast learner, Insiatif dan Talkative.
- Mampu bekerja dengan target dan jadwal kerja shifting.
- Customer, target and result oriented.
- Dapat berkomunikasi secara aktif dalam bahasa Inggris lebih disukai.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Account Executive, Sales, Customer Service memiliki nilai tambah.
