Qualifications :
- Minimum D3/S1 in Communication or Public Relations.
- At least 2 years of experience as a CRO or Customer Service in an automotive dealership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Excellent in communication, analytical thinking, and negotiation.
